Freezer Meals RecipesA long time ago, I learned that I couldn't create a nice home life for my son without having great freezer meals recipes at my disposal. It was just too hard to go to work all day, and make a nice dinner, at a reasonable hour for my son. When I was alone, I could eat at 8 o'clock at night, and it was no big deal. But, kids like to eat early! So, I started to cook up a storm on the weekends. I always made 2-3 times what I needed for a meal, and then froze the rest. Then, during the week, I could just heat up dinner, and have a nice night. Most important, my son was eating good food. And we can't forget, I saved a lot of money not running out to restaurants. 
The first recipe I want to introduce you to is my Baked Chicken with Potatoes. Keep in mind, this is technically four recipes! It's all in how you use the spices! I hope you enjoy.
