Pizza Dough Recipe

I just made my Pizza Dough Recipe the other day, and something was just wrong. I've already admitted that I buy the dough at the supermarket, but deep in my bones I know I should make my own. This was another one of those recipes that my grandmother did from memory, and I can't reproduce!

I remember her taking a cube of yeast and putting it in a cup of warm water. Again she measured everything in the palm of her hand. Before I knew it, she was done!
