Shrimp Scampi Recipe
This Shrimp Scampi Recipe is so easy to prepare, you will be tempted to serve it all the time. I always think about Shrimp Scampi as a special meal for holidays. Once in a while, it's nice to break things up and have something really special. By the way, this is another one of those recipes where you need to put the water on first. So grab a large pot. Fill it with water. While you cook the shrimp in garlic sauce, bring the water to a boil to cook your pasta of choice. I would say this recipe serves four. Many times in my family, this is served as a side dish to a main meal. Your choice. I hope you enjoy.
