Grilled Vegetables Recipe

Perfect for a picnic, learn how to grill vegetables with my grilled vegetables recipe.

It's easy to prepare a head of time. And it's delicious.

Enjoy!

Ingredients

You must have the following:

Potatoes

Onions

Butter

Oregano

Salt and Pepper

You can add:

Carrots

Peppers

Zucchini

Garlic

Olive Oil

Method

Wash, peel and chop all vegetables that you want to use. Ideally, potatoes should be 1 to 1/2 inches in size. I like to cut the onions in quarters.

Spread all veggies on a large piece of aluminum foil. Make sure it is big enough to fold over everything.

Sprinkle oregano, salt and pepper.

Evenly distribute pieces of butter.

As an option, I like to drizzle a little olive oil over everything, and use less butter.

Take the front and the back of the foil and hold together above everything. Roll the foil down. Then roll each side of the foil up. This should create a secure container.

Place the foil container on the coolest side of your grill, or place in your oven at 375 degrees. Let it cook for at least an hour. Just leave it alone, you do not need to stir it or anything.

When you are ready to eat, test a potato to see if it is cooked. Pierce it with a fork. If it is soft, it is ready.

Scoop everything into a bowl and serve.
