Best Hamburger Recipe

Don’t ask me why, but for some reason, homemade hamburgers taste much better than the preformed patties. The key is wrapping the patties in wax paper. This is the easiest way to keep everything separate, so you can prepare a lot of patties, and only use what you need. I prefer 80% lean for the taste. The leaner the beef, the less fat, and it is the fat that gives it taste.

If you are looking for Cheap and Easy Meals, let me show you how to make hamburger patties.

Method

Ingredients

1. Ground Beef

2. Wax Paper

3. Freezer Bags

Hamburger Ingredients

Form the individual patties and lay two to each sheet of wax paper.

Make sure the wax paper sheet is large enough to fold over both patties.

Hamburger Method

After you fold the patties in the wax paper, place in a freezer bag.

Hamburger Freezer Bag

Whenever you want to cook hamburgers, just take out what you need for your family.

Now you have homemade hamburger patties anytime you want.

Hamburger with pickles, mustard, and ketchup.  Not rated yet
I like my hamburgers on a bun. I don't like cheeseburgers. On the top of my hamburger, I like pickles, mustard and ketchup.
