Best Hamburger Recipe
Don’t ask me why, but for some reason, homemade hamburgers taste much better than the preformed patties. The key is wrapping the patties in wax paper. This is the easiest way to keep everything separate, so you can prepare a lot of patties, and only use what you need. I prefer 80% lean for the taste. Method
Ingredients1. Ground Beef 2. Wax Paper 3. Freezer Bags
Form the individual patties and lay two to each sheet of wax paper. Make sure the wax paper sheet is large enough to fold over both patties.
After you fold the patties in the wax paper, place in a freezer bag.
Whenever you want to cook hamburgers, just take out what you need for your family. Now you have homemade hamburger patties anytime you want.
