How to cook Broccoli that tastes great!

I'm so happy to be able to show you how to cook broccoli. Broccoli is one of those great vegetables that goes with pretty much everything. I like it with beef and chicken dinners.

I've tried frozen, and I have to tell you, it does nothing for me. Too bland.

I truly hope you try fresh broccoli. It's easy to rinse under cold water. Then just remove the stem and cut into pieces.

It's even great uncooked as a snack. Give it a try, it's really good for you.

Ingredients

1 large bunch of fresh Broccoli or 1 bag of frozen (fresh is best)

¼ to ½ cup Olive Oil
