Ashley,

I am not a dietician or doctor. Do I think Shrimp Scampi is equivalent to raw carrots? No.

This recipe has garlic, and olive oil - all good.

Then there is the butter - some people would say that's not so good.

I believe the Shrimp is up for debate.

So, everything in moderation! And you should decide if something is healthy for you based on your own requirements.
