You see, my tried and tested recipe for banana cake wasn't working at all since we came to Asia so I was on the lookout for a new one. Yours was just the one! I did it the lazy way and just added everything in one bowl. It came out excellent and I loved the fact that the recipe is doubled already. The cinnamon adds a lovely aroma to the whole house, very appetising. I had the best intentions of eating one loaf and freezing the other, but it never made it to the freezer.
