Someone from twitter asked me this question: "How much is 500 grams of flour, I don't know how to convert recipes? Thanks"

I thought everyone would benefit from knowing that 500 grams of flours is about 4 to 4.5 cups of flour. I started with the 4 cups when I was mixing the dough, and then added the rest if needed.
