A Fast and Easy Tilapia Recipe

Great Wines, Affordable Prices - 468x60

One of my favorite fish dinners in the world is pan fried tilapia, and my tilapia recipe is so easy, and so good, you will make this for your family a lot.

It's very easy to buy, you can go to the fresh fish section in your supermarket, or buy it by the bag in the frozen section. The frozen is very convenient, because you can stock up with it in your freezer.

Either way, your family will love the mild taste, and you will love how easy it is to make.

So, let me show you how to cook tilapia.

Ingredients

1 cup Flour

Salt and Pepper to taste

Olive Oil

Tilapia fillets

Tilapia

Method

Put flour into a bowl. Add the salt and pepper to taste. I would say approximately 1/4 teaspoon each per cup of flour.

Gently rinse the tilapia with water and place in bowl. Cover both sides with flour.

Pour Olive Oil in frying pan. Make it about 1/4 inch deep. Put heat at medium low heat. Add the floured tilapia.

Fry both sides of the Tilapia until it is golden brown.

Finish your dinner with a delicious salad.
